VIRTUAL CLASSROOM

       Department of Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh envisioned to enrich classroom learning using information technology. The result of this idea is being realized across the state as virtual classrooms.

       Dr.A.V Prsad, Lecturer in Economics, is the coordinator for Virtual classroom in the college. The coordinator facilitates the conduct of virtual classes for all the courses according to the VC schedule given by DRC(District Resource Centre) and also give information about special live programmes organized by CCE.

About VIRTUAL CLASSROOM:

        Virtual classroom is cloud-based system uses the AP fibre grid for interactive teaching-learning. Here the teaching learning process is in an interactive mode where students can ask questions to the Lecturer directly.This is a tool to interact simultaneously with all and to review academic programmes.

Objectives of VIRTUAL CLASSROOM:

♦ To connect experts with remote classrooms

♦ To conduct special live programmes 

♦ To provide accessto interact with the subject experts

♦ To conduct videoconferences with experts

♦ To conduct online classes to students
